We need your help. On Jan 11 of this year, we bought (through you) a unit at Villa de Palmar. To help you remember, we gave you deeds to our 2 gold timeshares in Las Vegas (2br lock-outs at the Grandview and Cliffs at Peace Canyon) and paid $8792 for a summer hotel room with no deposit/exchange privileges, but with 6 weeks through Interval International. .... Our sole reason for going into what appears to be a such a bad deal is what you told us we could get what we wanted with Intervals International without having to pay multiple annual timeshare fees. You explained that we could call and get 1, 2 or 3 bedroom lodging all over the world]at $150, $250 and $350 respectively. GUARANTEED except for holy week and Xmas.
When we have tried dealing with I.I. they asked us to deposit a week. When we explained that we have no week to deposit and that we were supposed to be able to book rooms as you told us it would be, they laughed. They wanted $594 for a studio and $754 for 1 BR.
It seems that we lost 2 valuable properties and $8792 and got nothing in return. What's the story?
At this point I'd chalk the money loss up to our trusting natures and stupidity and take my Vegas timeshares back. Can you help us? I hope we can do this the easy way."
The salesman who pitched the lies is WILL SMITH. He has been contacted and we have received nothing. We asked for help booking rooms in Europe. He has not responded to these specific requests
