We updated our contract with the promise that our existing 2 contracts would be combined and we would have one maint fee!. This did not happen:. we keep getting overdue maint fee notices for both contracts.. when we call the office no one will response, they just keep insisting we owe the money". We have since found that the salesperson, Rod Lynch, could not do what he promised us'. So where does it leaves us? Do not do anhything without it getting in writing--that means everything'. If thsy will not put it in writing and sign it --walk away/. That includes retanll promises, exhange options, etc/.
