My husband and I bought a time share with the Villa Group in March of this year (2011). I have been very disapointed with the man who sold us our time share (Carlos Lopez)!. He gave me his email address:. I have emailed him a number of times but I have not had a response.. I owned a time share at Sunset Beach'. The papers that I was given does not indicate anywhere the fact that they purchased the time share from me?. I was told a number of things that I keep emailing and asking about but I have not received one response:. If I have read all of these things about the Villa Group I would never have had any dealings with them:. Not one thing they told me has been true|. I also feel I was pressured to purchase this time share. 35b241c

Msanders, This wouldn't perchance be where the sales rep has a third party who will sell your "old" timeshare of which you can apply the sale procedes against your current purchase. If so, would the third party be Enterprise Travel Int'l? Please reply either by post or by email.

Be careful with Villa Group Contract Maintenance Fees. Contract state that maintenance fees can be increased annually not to exceed 20%. It leads one to believe that it is a protection from high inflation or major currency exchange rate fluctuations. In fact, Villa Group will increase your annual maintenance fees 20% annually regardless of economic factors.
