I want a call from the owner so they understand how this resort is being run!Our daughter cut her foot in the room and it cost us $300 for the doctor bill.
Our daughter had to have 4 stitches and no one cares enough to apologize or give us a credit on our resort bill. They force us to go to a timeshare presentation and tell us to upgrade for $34k to get "more value", promised they will make everything right, then did nothing to compensate us for the Dr. Bill. Not even an apology for the terrible maintenance issue in our room!
We have been Members since 1994 and that is how they treat their long time customers. Very sad that they were willing to destroy their relationship with loyal clients all over a $300 bill credit. I really want to believe the owner and guest service cares and wants to make things right!
This resort only wants to sell people timeshares but doesn't care what happens after they get your money!DO NOT do business with Villa Group and any Via Del Palmar resorts!
